Rescue remedy

Rescue remedy is the most commonly known combination of Bach flower remedies. It contains rock rose, impatiens, star of bethlehem, cherry plum and clematis and is used for to relieve stress, fear and anxiety.

The original form was in a liquid dropper but now it is available in different formats for convenience. These include oral sprays, topical applications and pastilles.

Another addition to the "Rescue Remedy" range is their sleep formula. The combination has the flower remedy White chestnut added to it to slow the mind down and to stop those circling thoughts which may stop you from sleeping.
