Hormone Balance Tea cares for the normal function of a woman's hormonal system. It supports the regularity of cycle, menstrual flow, fluid balance and strength of the nervous system. It supports reproductive health in the childbearing years. European women traditionally take a female tonic twice a year for 6 weeks to support optimum reproductive health.
Dosage:
Take 1-3 cups daily as an enjoyable female tonic. For full regulating and toning benefit take 3 cups daily for a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Once cycle is satisfactory take 1-3 cups daily in the second half of the cycle for maintenance.
